We ship all orders within 1-2 days after issuance of the order confirmation unless otherwise informed.

Shipping in the EU AND globally

Complimentary shipping within EU on orders over €350. on orders below €350 shipping charges will appear when checking out.

Outside EU shipping is €30. Generally we ship worldwide. If you do not see your country at checkout, it means that we have not yet opened shipping to your country. Then You can just email us and we will calculate the shipping fee.

Additional shipping fees:

• For some destinations (E.G. remote areas), an additional fee might be added. We will contact you if it applies to your order.

 Please note that all orders placed on www.geraldstudio.com are shipped from Denmark.

For all non-EU orders, local customs, taxes and fees may apply which are not included in the total price. Instead, Danish VAT is deducted upon checkout.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

You can follow your order with A tracking link directing you to the carrier’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

• Danish orders: Please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your package.

• International orders will typically be delivered within 5-15 work days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

• Longer delivery time may apply during peak periods, like Easter, Christmas and other public holidays.

If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer will be given the option and has a right to terminate the agreement, Gérald will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 14 days after termination.

Gérald is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

• Should there be delays with the logistics company Gérald cannot be held liable.

• Gérald will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.If a package is not collected by the costumer the full shipping as well as return shipping and orther transaktions fees will be deducted the refunded price

We of course hope you love your new jewelery as much as we do but in case you wish to return You have the right to cancel / return your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods.

If you wish to return an order, please send a copy of the order invoice to contact@geraldstudio.com. We need an email prioir to return.

Gérald do not cover the shipping cost for returned goods.

All returns are presented to quality control for inspection.  In the case of a return showing any trace of wear or use, creating a loss of value to the item, or returned without the original or damaged packaging, result in the return being rejected. If returned products show signs of damage or use, other than what is required to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you will be liable for any loss of value of such product.

You may thus lose the right in full or in part to have the purchase price refunded. We will estimate the value on the basis of a specific assessment of the returned product. Rejected items will be returned to the customer without reimbursement of the purchase price.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, you must subsequently return the product to us. You must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you want to cancel the purchase. However, we do not accept delivery of products returned COD or sent without postage.

Documentation may be demanded proving that the product was sent prior to expiry of the time limit. If the product is to be sent, it must be packaged in a responsible manner. You have the risk of the product during transportation and are responsible for ensuring that the package/product arrives undamaged.Consequently, you should save postal receipts and any track and trace number.

When a return is recived and validated at our warehouse We will credit back the card used upon receipt within 14 days. Transactions and refunds are made by Stripe secure payment, and Refunds can take up to approximately 5-10 buisness days after a refund is issued, depending uopn the bank,
