The jewelry on our website is presented as accurately as possible. The Clairity of images will depend on your monitors settings, that means we cannot guarantee any and all colors as accurate.

Please note: All our earrings are sold individually. It gives you the chance to create a unique look and you are free to match them with other Gérald earrings or treasures you already have.
For a pair you must add two pieces in the basket. Some styles suggest a right og left side please pay attention to this when ordering so you get the correct one for the correct ear
Costumemade pieces and specially made sizes cannot be exchanged since they are specaially made for you.

PRICE & PAYMENT
Shop currency is EURO (EUR)
We provide a currency converter dropdown selector next to the product price, which can convert the default amount in EUR and provide an indicative price in other currencies. All orders will be made in EURO (EUR) and the final amount charged to customers, depends on the currency conversion performed by the customer's bank.
Exchange rate prices are updated daily
Exchange rate calculations do not include any additional currency conversion charge that the bank may charge
pre-order products
because we produce in limited editions and small quantities - not all of our products are in stock at all timE. You can always see if an item is avalable or for pre-order on the the site.
as our jewellery is handmade & designed especially for you - you will have to pre-order the product and accept a 6-8 weeks delivery-time when the product is not in stock.
the full payment will be charged when the pre-order is placed.

how to shop
1. submitting your order
Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order (including your total price inclusive of VAT ( danish) and shipping charges) and make changes if needed. You are bound by your order from the moment you accept the online offer of Gérald and the conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled (once the order has been submitted and payment confirmed on the website). Please note that the order will not be valid if Gérald cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses that you provide. We also reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged over 18 years old.
Please note that all prices and product information on www.geraldstudio.com are subject to change.
2. payment
The online store is available only to customers who have been issued a valid credit card by a card provider that is acceptable to Gérald online.
pricing is geobased and will be applied to your order at the time the order is accepted. The final price is calculated in accordance with the applied exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Gèrald ApS is not liable for any delay in payment from the card issuer.
Please be advised that orders from outside of the EU may be subject to custom fees upon arrival in your country. These expenses are not covered by Gérald ApS.
Stripe” payment system.

You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
All items in the webshops are priced in Euro and the final amount charged to customers, depends on the currency conversion performed by the customer's bank. Gérald cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have.
3. order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Check you spam-filter if you haven’t received it after 30 min.
4. changes in your order
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you cannot not make any changes to your order. If there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact Gérald customer service immediately at contact@geraldstudio.com
claims
As a customer you have a 2 year warranty covering manufacturing faults. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear /use and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us within a reasonable time after you have found the defect.
IF your claim is accepted Gérald will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Please contact us at contact@geraldstudio.com if you have a warranty claim, including order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim.

The personal information you forward to Gérald will only be used in order to fulfil the undertakings Gérald have and to assure you the best service. Gérald assumes responsibility for all personal information that you make available to us and does not pass on any information to a third party under any circumstances. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. If you wish to end your subscription of information from www.geraldstudio.com please send an email to contact@geraldstudio.com.
We do not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any information collected through our website.
placing orders
When you place an order at geraldstudio.com, we collect your name, address, telephone number and email address. We use this data to sell and send the products you have ordered to you.
The data is stored at our service provider, which is squarespace.com. They have successfully prepared for GDPR, which includes how they store and use data. Please refer to their updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum, or DPA, to address how squarespace.com process data on your behalf.

If you choose to sign up on our web site, we provide a customer account feature which collects your name, address, telephone number and email address. This allow customers to create accounts ongeraldstudio.com for faster checkout. With an account, you can view past orders and save payment and shipping information. You can delete your account at any time, which will delete your user details permanently from geraldstudio.com.
